How Do I Book A Consultation?There are multiple prompts throughout this website as well as on my social media pages that lead you to my FREE consultation page. Once on the page simply choose a time slot available, fill in your details and book. You will receive an email confirming your booking. You'll have an option to add it to your calendar so you don't forget. I offer a range of different ways to complete your consultation. These are face-to-face, over the phone or an online video call. Once you've received your confirmation email I ask that you reply to the email stating your consultation preference. Alternatively you can contact me via email, phone or social media. At the nearest opportunity I will respond to your request to arrange a date and time best suited for us both.
How Do I Book My Sessions?You can book your personal training sessions yourself within your Alex Montgomery Health & Lifestyle account. Either on the web version or mobile app simply click on the calendar tab and find a date you would like your session. From here just click on it and add appointment. Then just decide on the appointment type, a time available and confirm. Alternatively, you can contact me via email, firstname.lastname@example.org or by messing me on the app and I can book sessions in for you.
How Do I Pay?Firstly the consultation is completely FREE, I never ask for you to blindly pay for a service you're unsure of. This is why the consultation is the perfect opportunity to understand what it's all about and how it works. All payments are done online. Shortly after your consultation you'll receive a follow up email which includes a link to my personal training packages page. There is no obligation to sign up, it's there for you to if you decide to start your journey with me. Here you can choose the right package for you. You'll be directed to a check out page for your chosen package. All payments are made through Stripe, if you're uncertain about using stripe please check it out for more information before purchasing. All packages are monthly recurring payments which will start on the date you make the purchase.
How Do I Cancel My Personal Training Session?If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours notice. You can cancel/reschedule your session either on the web version or the mobile app. Simply head to your calendar, find the date of your session and click on your scheduled personal training session. In the top right hand corner you can click the button to either edit the date and time of your session or cancel your session. Please note a session can be cancelled or rescheduled, however cancellations / rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in you losing your session without a refund. This is a standard fitness industry cancellation policy.
